We started Crew with a different belief: companies need employees, not agents.

Most AI products treat work as prompts and tasks. We think that is the wrong abstraction. Real work is not a checklist. It needs context, judgment, ownership, and follow-through.

Crew is an operating system for AI employees. Each one understands your company, works across the systems you already use, and is accountable for an outcome rather than an activity.
